the challenge...

goal: convert a free $10 into a $1000 poker bankroll..

thoughts...
this blog will serve as an online portal for me to share my embarrassing experience of trying to turn my measly free $10 into a decent sized bankroll by playing that little game we like to call pokah..

i've been playing for about a year online but i'd still consider myself to be a bit of a fish online.. many $50 bonuses have been squandered by playing either very stupidly or very drunk.. and in most cases, both..
i'm hoping over the course of this challenge, and blog, that my game can improve by my focusing on the goals in hand and trying to avoid the devil of my game, tilt..

although my monetary goal is to ultimately have a decent bankroll in order to play the game comfortably at decent stakes, my overall goal is to transform myself into a winning player..

at the moment, i'm probably naive as to how difficult this is actually going to be but heck, it's only $10.. if varience goes my way during my first few games, who knows what may come of this likely lad..

games...
my initial bankroll is a free $10 at pitbullpoker.com.. the terms are that i must earch 200 'competition points' in order to withdraw the cash and move on to another site..

the plan is to hopefully make a few extra $ at the micro limits here while earning the comp points so i will have something worthwhile for another site..
i'm also hoping it doesn'ttake forever as the software looks absolutely ridiculous and i'm not looking forward to using it..

..here we go, those articles i read on bankroll management can't help me now... let's roll..
